Our Mission
BellaNova is dedicated to reshaping the destinies of underserved communities through the education and empowerment of women. We are firm believers that by educating and empowering women, we initiate a ripple effect of positive transformation across the entire community. Our adult literacy courses focus on imparting crucial reading, writing, and numeracy skills, while our skills training and mentorship initiatives equip women with the necessary tools to achieve self-sufficiency and financial empowerment.
Numerous women in underprivileged areas lack access to proper education resulting in a lack of opportunities and extremely low wages, sometimes as little as one dollar a day. This meager income makes it exceedingly difficult for them to sustain themselves and provide for their children, even after putting in a full day's work.
Our Solution
We empower women and positively influence communities by harnessing the transformative force of education. Through partnership with local charity organizations, we can effectively assess the needs of a community and meet the people where they are. Through customized programs such as adult literacy classes and tailoring education, we can equip underprivileged women with trade skills that will change their lives forever. As of February 9, 2024, 110 women are undergoing tailoring training where they are learning valuable skills enabling them to generate sufficient income for self-sustainability.
